The Baldpate Inn Cancellation Policy & B&B Notes
Please understand due to our intimate size, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we do adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Bed & Breakfast Reservations:
To preclude any additional charges should you find it necessary to cancel or change your Bed & Breakfast reservations, please notify us in writing at least 14 days in advance of your planned arrival; otherwise your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our no-show policy. Should you need to cancel before the 14 day advance guarantee, a 10% cancellation rebooking fee based on the cost of your total stay, will be charged to cover our processing costs and the remaining deposit will be re-credited to your charge card.
Just as a reminder, your Bed & Breakfast rate includes your guest room as well as our three course gourmet breakfast for each guest each morning as well as your bedtime snacks each night.
Cancellation Policy for Baldpate Packages:
Because our packages are booked in collaboration with our guides and business partners, any change or cancellation must be done in writing more than 30 days in advance, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our no-show policy. Our email address is Lois@BaldpateInn.com
Should you need to cancel before the 30 day advance guarantee, a cancellation rebooking fee based on the cost of your package, will be charged to cover our package comittments and the remaining deposit, if any, will be re-credited to your charge card.
Guest Notes:
Since we have an occasionally resident friendly German Shepherd we cannot permit other pets on the property.
